CONGRESS LOCATION

You will have the opportunity to complete your hotel and travel requests as part of the registration for this congress. Additional travel details will be provided upon completion of the registration and in the weeks to follow.

Please note that all hotel accommodation for the congress has to be booked via the Biogen hotel allotment.

Biogen has blocked rooms for all staff attending the congress. Upon completing your internal Biogen registration, you can request accommodation.

Once a room has been requested, cancellation fee will be 100% unless the hotel is able to resell the room.

Biogen employees will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidentals. Employees who have a Biogen provided T&E credit card are required to use their Biogen provided card.
Room and tax charges will be recharged to your provided cost center post-congress.

After completing your meeting registration, you will be redirected to a Registration Confirmation page. From this page, click Book Flights with Concur to access the Concur online booking tool.

If you are not ready to book your flights, keep your registration confirmation email. You may return to your Registration Snapshot and access the Concur link at any time.
